Ali Keys

Owner, Aesthetician

Our fearless leader started working at Renew in 2010 and loved it so much she bought the place two years later. After growing up on Bainbridge (she’s a fourth-generation islander – the ferry terminal flagpole is even dedicated to her grandfather!), she graduated from the Euro Institute of Skin Care in 2006 and earned an aesthetics license in 2009. Ali is an expert in all types of skin care, waxing, and sugaring procedures, and is actually capable of making hair removal a pleasant experience. When she’s not catering directly to clients, Ali is doing a little bit of everything to maintain a fun, friendly, supportive place for customers as well as employees. Ali has two kids, two dogs, and a seemingly endless supply of enthusiasm – for hiking, snorkeling, travel, whatever!

Aidan O’Leary

Guest Manager
Aidan joined us in 2017 after graduating from Washington State University with a degree in human development. Our customers and staff have been benefiting from her expertise ever since, because she’s a total whiz at anticipating
what people need.

Aidan makes the magic happen by creating silky smooth client experiences while also juggling a million details behind the salon scenes. One of her many superpowers is delivering answers to just about any customer question that pops up. She’s also a Bainbridge Island native, so she’s got lots of handy local knowledge too. When you need something, do what we do: ask Aidan!

Kami Niles

Guest Coordinator
Kami is one of the oh-so-friendly faces you’ll see behind the desk when you arrive at Renew. With a professional background in business development, she knows how to juggle the sometimes all-at-the-same-time demands of greeting customers, scheduling appointments, checking people in and out, fielding phone calls, helping with retail sales, and maintaining a welcoming waiting area – all with a beautiful smile on her face. Kami and her husband have called Bainbridge Island home since 2017. Next time you see her, ask her about what it was like when they were featured on HGTV’s Island Hunters when they were shopping for a house here. We’re very proud to have a celebrity under our roof!

Kelsie George

Hair Stylist
Kelsie has been making our customers’ gorgeous hair look even more gorgeous since 2016. After attending Evergreen Beauty College and obtaining a license in cosmetology, she trained under Renew’s lead stylist, Laura Pirk, for several months when she first arrived. Now she’s a friendly familiar face in the hair salon. Kelsie is amazingly thorough when it comes to meeting her clients’ needs. She listens to every single word about what they want, then bends over backwards to make sure they’re happy with what they get. Kelsie insists that her favorite part of her job is making people feel beautiful, but she’s also pretty good at playing practical jokes on Laura, which, fortunately, Laura thinks is hilarious.

Lisa Marie Coble

Lead Hair Stylist
Lisa is a Bainbridge Island native who graduatedfrom Gene Juarez in 2005 and from the Aveda Institute of Cosmetology in 2007. We were lucky enough to have her join the staff at Renew in 2012. Lisa’s passion for living well starts with helping people look and feel beautiful. When she’s not working her magic here at the salon, you might find her on a running trail or a yoga mat or anywhere she can celebrate health and wellness. Lisa has two sons and two dogs and oodles of satisfied customers.

Laura Pirk

Lead Hair Stylist, Davines Educator
When you sit in Laura’s chair, you’ll get way more than just a great hairstyle. You’ll get conversation, laughter, friendship, and the type of confidence boost that comes from looking and feeling beautiful. Born in Southern California, Laura grew up on Bainbridge Island. She graduated from the Northwest Hair Academy, a Paul Mitchell partner school, in 2009. She’s also completed the Davines Educator Training program, which enhances her natural talents as a stylist. She joined Renew in 2012. Laura thinks of her clients and co-workers like family. We all benefit from her thoughtfulness, her creativity, and her silliness. Next time you’re in, you might catch her doubled over laughing after jumping out and scaring one of us, which she thinks is totally hysterical.

Aubrey Bremner

Aesthetician, Lash Artist
Aubrey completed her training as an aesthetician in 2011 and as a lash artist in 2013, and has been putting her amazing skills to work ever since. She specializes in eyelash extensions, facials, and waxing. Aubrey takes pride in making sure that everyone who comes to Renew feels welcome and comfortable. Aubrey was raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba and relocated in 2017 with her husband to Bainbridge Island, where he grew up. She’s a serious animal lover – ask her about her cat! – and a total foodie. Aubrey joined Renew in 2018.

Jilliane Wygant

Aesthetician
Jill comes to us from California, where she got her degree in kinesiology at Cal State University Monterey Bay. After college, she relocated to Bainbridge and joined Renew’s administrative staff while she studied to be an aesthetician. Our clients have benefited ever since from her many talents, which include sugaring, lash lifts, dermaplaning facials, and bt-micro® facials. Jill particularly enjoys helping people set up treatment plans and educating them on the products and services she uses in her practice. When she’s not pampering Renew guests, Jill might be spoiling Marta, her mini pinscher, or challenging students at the Bainbridge Barrecor studio, where she teaches classes.

Shauna Sheridan

Massage Therapist
Shauna is a Maryland native who’s called the Pacific Northwest her home since 1996. Trained at the Brenneke School of Massage in Seattle, Shauna says what she loves most about her work here is helping people relax and let go of the stress of daily life. Since joining the Renew team in 2018, she has complemented the salon’s vibe with her calm demeanor and upbeat personality. Locals might recognize Shauna as one of the co-owners of the Salmon Canyon Café, which operated in Lynwood Center. These days, when she’s not helping our clients relax at Renew, Shauna spends time kayaking, biking, reading, studying Buddhism, or playing with her pet bunny.

Maggie Seabury

Nail Technician
Maggie graduated in 2011 from Evergreen Beauty College in Everett and is a licensed manicurist/pedicurist. She joined us at Renew in 2017. Maggie’s easygoing and inquisitive nature is one of the many things that makes her so good at her job. She’s always up for interesting conversation – and where better to get into fun, meaty topics than at a nail station? A Poulsbo native, Maggie moved with her fiancé to Bainbridge Island in 2012. She’s an avid reader, an aspiring novelist, an enthusiastic outdoorswoman, and a fair-weather moped rider. Always on a quest for self-improvement, Maggie tries to listen to at least one TED Talk every day. Ask her about her favorites – it makes for very interesting conversation!

Bianca Creer

Nail Technician
Bianca approaches her work like a real artist. A licensed manicurist, she graduated from Aesthetics Northwest Institute, where she polished her skills – no pun intended – in manicures, pedicures, shellac, and acrylic dips. Bianca is truly passionate about nail design. With Renew since 2018, she prides herself on providing a clean and inviting environment for clients. Her goal is to make each person she meets here leave feeling better than they did when they arrived. Bianca and her husband love spending their spare time outdoors with their adventure-loving Yorkie.
